EAGLE II is a multiple-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle designed as the preferred source of Information Technology (IT) services to support Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) enterprise infrastructure and initiatives. AVER is honored to be one of the small business prime contractors for the DHS EAGLE II IDIQ in Functional Category 2 - Program Support. The scope of FC2 - Program Support includes the full range of business and technical management services in support of DHS offices or programs.

AVER Quality Control Process (AQCP)


The AVER QC process is based upon three fundamental pillars — Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. This process is based on the strict standards and best practices circulated by the PMBOK. We apply our proven quality control and performance measurement approach to all awarded EAGLE II task orders. During quality planning, the team will develop project plans, baseline schedules, and Quality Control Plans (QCP) to establish performance measures that meet contract and internal quality standards within cost, schedule, and scope.
